Philosophy
Once upon a time, in a different dimension of time and space an idea was born. To come to Earth at this time and make a shift. A shift in Consciousness, emotion and awareness. Four souls from different frequncies of existence have joined together to fuse math, music, emotion and natural laws into one equasion, the band Golden Ratio was born.
All band members come from different musical genres, different cultures, different spheres of social life, but with one goal. To reate shift through their music. We live in a spiraling universe, nothing is symetric in the world except for human artworks.
Golden Ratio is breaking the symetry back into spirals. Using only asymetric signatures(5/8, 13/8, etc) All songs are composed through mathematical progression, with principles of the golden ratio - 1.618 Musical scales are carefully chosen in order to awaken specific emotions withing the listner, so that he\she may unlock blocked and suppressed emotions and become more aware of the Self with the help of hypnotic grooves and melodies, instruments are chosen to correspond with the scales and messages in the song.
The combined mathematical equasion of the tembres, rythm, melodies and sound effects create a tool, that can unlock one's mind to perceive the world in a more natural and fluid way. Life performances are always accompanied by carefully built visual imagery in order to deepen the experience and the message. Golden Ratio is an art project, designed to awaken love, compassion and kindness to all fellow Earthlings and to mother Earth.
